Juba Collective

Built on mutual resilience and self-determination

Founded in late 2025 in Juba, South Sudan, YOUTHFUL emerged from an urgent necessity. Trans youth in South Sudan face severe social hostility, family banishment, arbitrary arrests, and systemic exclusion from basic health and livelihood opportunities.

A small collective of trans leaders came together to establish a discreet, survivor-centered space where trans youth could find safety, peer care, and collective resilience without compromising their privacy or security.

Peer Leadership

Mutual Aid over Charity

Strict confidentiality and encrypted peer networks ensure every member connects without exposure.

Decisions and programs are driven entirely by the youth who rely on them daily.

Community savings pools and shared resources replace dependent aid with lasting self-reliance.
